Please read these Terms of Service ('Terms') carefully. By using the NoCall waitlist service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
NoCall is an AI-powered phone call service currently in the waitlist phase. By joining the waitlist, you express interest in early access but are not guaranteed access to the service.
You must provide a valid email address to join the waitlist.
Each email address may only join once. Duplicate submissions will return your existing waitlist position.
You must click the verification link to confirm your email address; otherwise your waitlist position may be considered invalid.
We reserve the right to reject or remove waitlist applications at any time and for any reason.
Each verified waitlist member receives a unique referral link.
Successfully inviting 3 friends who join and verify their email grants you priority access (canSkipQueue).
Any fraudulent manipulation of the referral program — including use of fake accounts, bots, or other automated means — is strictly prohibited. Violators will be removed from the waitlist.
You agree to provide truthful and accurate personal information.
You agree not to abuse, interfere with, or disrupt the service in any way.
You agree not to attempt unauthorized access to any systems or data associated with the service.
The waitlist service is provided 'as is' with no guarantee of continuous availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the waitlist service at any time without notice.
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the NoCall service. Early access slots are limited and will be allocated based on waitlist position and verification status.
The service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. NoCall shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
The NoCall name, logo, and related brand elements are the property of NoCall. No use is permitted without prior written authorization.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to verified waitlist members via email. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Taiwan. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Taiwan.
